We don't sell software.

We sell a slice of the work, paid only when work happens. Our incentive is your card volume — not your willingness to forget you're paying us.

We don't custody your money.

Stripe is the merchant of record. Coperto deducts 1% at the moment of charge. There is no payouts schedule, no holds, no platform balance.

We don't chase scale at your expense.

We cap onboarding at twenty restaurants until the design language stabilizes. Self-serve is a future quarter, not a launch tactic.

We don't pretend to be human.

The concierge announces it's a concierge. It escalates anything sensitive. There is always a human path back to the owner.
